These terms apply to storefront browsing, guest checkout, payment verification flows, transactional emails, and review tools.
2. Guest checkout and eligibility
Orders are currently placed through guest checkout only. You must provide accurate contact and shipping details and be authorized to use the selected payment method.
You are responsible for ensuring your email and phone are valid so MS TICKS can contact you about your order.
3. Orders, pricing, lifecycle, and cancellation
- Product listings, prices, and availability may change without notice.
- An order is submitted when checkout completes, but fulfillment depends on stock validation and order review.
- If an item is unavailable or stock is insufficient, MS TICKS may cancel or adjust the order and notify you.
- Orders may move through PENDING, PENDING VERIFICATION, CONFIRMED, DISPATCHED, DELIVERED, or CANCELLED states.
- Cancellation requests must be raised through support and are not guaranteed once an order has moved into later fulfillment or delivery stages.
- Delivered and cancelled orders are treated as final and generally cannot be reopened.
4. Cash on Delivery and Bank Transfer
MS TICKS supports both COD and bank transfer. COD orders follow standard order processing status flows.
Bank transfer orders require payment verification before they can proceed to later fulfillment stages.
5. Bank transfer proof requirements
- For bank transfer, you must upload clear payment proof (supported image or PDF format) and submit it for verification.
- Submitting proof moves the order to pending verification; confirmation depends on internal review.
- MS TICKS may reject unclear, incomplete, or suspicious proof and request a new submission.
6. Shipping and tracking communication
By placing an order, you consent to operational emails related to order handling, including received, confirmed, dispatched, and delivered notifications.
These are transactional messages needed for order fulfillment and are not marketing-only notices.
Tracking details are shared when available. Confirmation, dispatch, and delivery state updates may be sent by email and related support channels.
7. Reviews and moderation
Delivered-order emails may include review invitation links tied to purchase context. Review submissions must be truthful, lawful, and non-abusive.
Reviews are not auto-published. MS TICKS may approve, unapprove, or remove reviews to enforce moderation policy, authenticity checks, and legal obligations.
By submitting a review, you grant MS TICKS a non-exclusive right to display and use that content on the storefront in connection with your purchase experience.
8. Prohibited use
- Do not misuse checkout, payment proof upload, or review systems.
- Do not submit fraudulent proof, false identity details, or abusive content.
- Do not attempt to disrupt platform security, availability, or data integrity.
9. Liability and warranty limits
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MS TICKS provides the site and services on an “as available” basis and disclaims implied warranties.
MS TICKS is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from site use, checkout interruptions, third-party outages, or delayed communications.
