MS TICKS is an ecommerce storefront for watch purchases. We currently support guest checkout without requiring account registration.

2. Information we collect
- Guest checkout details: name, email, phone, shipping address, order notes, and selected payment method.
- Cart/session data: cart contents and a generated session token stored in your browser to keep your cart and checkout state.
- Bank transfer proof: uploaded receipt files (images or PDF) when you choose bank transfer.
- Order and communication data: order number, status history, and order-related email delivery records.
- Review data: rating, title, review body, display name, and purchase-linked review token context.
- Technical data: request metadata and logs needed for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention.
3. How we use information
- Process and fulfill guest orders.
- Coordinate delivery and provide support.
- Verify payments for bank transfer orders.
- Send order lifecycle emails (received, confirmed, dispatched, delivered).
- Operate and moderate verified-buyer reviews.
- Protect platform security and prevent fraud or misuse.
4. COD and bank transfer verification
For cash on delivery (COD), we use your checkout details to process and confirm dispatch.
For bank transfer, we collect proof upload URLs and related file metadata so our team can verify payment before confirmation.
Bank transfer proof files may be stored through configured cloud storage providers. Where cloud credentials are not configured in a non-production environment, development-safe mock URLs may be used.
5. Order emails
We send order emails to the guest email you provide at checkout, including confirmation links and status updates.
Email delivery is handled through configured email infrastructure (for example, Resend) and may include order number, payment method, status, totals, and next-step links.
6. Reviews moderation
Review submissions from review-invitation links are not published automatically. Reviews are stored as pending and only appear publicly after moderation approval.
We may approve, unapprove, or remove reviews if needed for quality, authenticity, policy enforcement, or legal compliance.
8. Support handling
When you contact MS TICKS for checkout help, payment verification, delivery follow-up, or review assistance, we keep the support details you provide and our responses.
Support records are used to resolve your request, maintain service continuity, and investigate fraud, abuse, or disputed order events.
9. Retention
We keep order records, communications, and review records for business, accounting, audit, security, and legal obligations.
Payment proof and related records may be retained for payment verification and fraud-prevention purposes for as long as reasonably necessary.

You can request access, correction, or deletion of eligible personal data by contacting us. We may retain specific records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
You may also request review corrections or removal, subject to moderation and verification checks.
